Then we create all the required paperwork, file it with the right government entities, and set you up with a beautiful custom binder with your name in gold lettering. You will never feel so organized as the day we hand you your binder. Our package includes the preparation and filing of the Articles of Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization. We have a relationship with a currier in Sacramento for expedited filings. Once we have your entity number from the secretary of State, we prepare all formation corporate consents and resolutions by shareholders and/or board, and corporate records. We provide you with a beautiful business minute book with the name of your business in gold lettering, and a real seal inscribed with your business' name and date of formation.

So many entities are formed but not set up to protect and reduce conflict between the founders. In this stage we go above and beyond to give your entity clear operating structures so the founders will have clear guidelines on how to conduce the affairs of the business in a fair and measured way.
